Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What are Prepaid Tokens, and how do they work?

Prepaid Tokens allow businesses to purchase tokens in advance, which can be used to buy uniforms for their staff. Employers can issue discount codes for employees to redeem these credits when placing an order on our website.

Who can purchase Prepaid Tokens?

Prepaid tokens are available exclusively for business customers, such as recruitment agencies, care home groups, and healthcare providers. An account is required to purchase and manage credits.

How do employees use Prepaid Token?

Employees receive a unique discount code from their employer, which they can enter at checkout to redeem their allocated token when purchasing uniforms.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order without an account. However, having an account makes the process easier by allowing you to track orders, manage purchases, and access exclusive offers.

How do I register for an account?

You can sign up by clicking on the Account Registration button in the footer of our website and entering your details. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

Why should I create an account?

Creating an account gives you access to exclusive deals for individual customers and enables businesses to purchase Prepaid Tokens for staff uniform orders.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship globally. For international shipments, we provide duty-paid postage, with delivery times varying by destination. All orders are fully trackable for your convenience.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

What is the Time Frame for Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
