Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
Postage Fee for Returned Item
If the returned items are faulty, substituted or not as described, we will cover the postage costs. If the items are just unwanted, we’ll refund the cost of the items, but not the postage costs. Should this be included in UKSS policy?
Time Frame
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns Procedures
Please follow our returns procedures to ensure your return is processed smoothly. Contact our Returns Team at returns@ukscrubsupply.com. Once we receive your request, we will process your return in line with our Returns Procedure.
Return Process
Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our Returns Team at returns@ukscrubsupply.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our team will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send back your item.
Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure the return label is clearly attached on the outside of the package.
Ship Your Return: Send the item to the address provided on the returns label. We use a trackable shipping service that will track the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at returns@ukscrubsupply.com with your order number and details of the product. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
Credits
Credit Purchases: If the item was purchased through our credit system and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be refunded to the purchaser.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by UK Scrub Supply. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return.
